South Padre Island Beach House Rental

The balcony allows views of the bridge, great sunsets,  boaters, windsurfers  and the spectacular vista with all the birds and other natural life in the bay

The dining room is generous in size and has a long built in sideboard with lots of storage and serving area for your buffet style meals

The living room has comfortable seating in leather sofas and chair with ottoman. There is plenty of room to pull up additional chairs when there is the need for more seating. The view out the window can't be beat as it is a wide view of the bay.

The kitchen has lots of storage and new appliances. One side has a bar open to the breakfast room which has a large table and chairs. The other side there is a bar which is open to the living room making it convenient for serving.

There is a dock with space for 2 boats in front of the house.  People enjoy crabbing and fishing from the dock, especially if they do not have a boat with them.
